Professional Services
Weed Control
We offer weed control to help prevent unwanted grass and weed formation in vital areas. This allows you to keep a clean and well maintained appearance to your property grounds.
Pre and Post Emergent Control
Pre and post emergent are herbicides used at different times of year to help eliminate weeds within the grass of your lawn.
Aerating, Seeding, Fertilzing
There is a range of grass selections that thrives in the eastern coastal regions such as Bermuda, Centipede, St. Augustine, and Zoysia for your warmer seasons and Fescue, Kentucky 31, and Rye for your colder seasons. All these grass are cultivated by a process called aerating and seeding in which small holes are plugged into the soil to allow seed to fall into place to be planted. Fertalizing grass feeds the soil the nutrients needed for grass to become flush and green.
Pruning
Pruning of shrubbery, trees and other plants is another service that we provide. Identification of each plant or trees and knowing the correct way to prune is a common area of mistake. Knowing when to shape shrubs to a nice clean box style cut or a round shape is a talent of only a true landscaper. Proper pruning of trees and other plant life can allow for more direct sunlight and water for full and flush growth and prevention of overgrowth.

A well maintained and clean landscape design can be a great way to draw attention to your home. Landscaping of beds can be done in many different ways based on surroundings and, of course, personal preference.
Lawn Maintenance
PLC offers lawn maintenance to its customers to provide a well manicured yard. We offer several different package to help best suit your needs. The first package is a basic "mow and go" which Includes mowing, trimming of all areas, and blowing of all hard surfaces such as driveways, porches, and curbs. Our second package is "quality control" which includes same as "mow and go" as well as few other extras you might enjoy such as weed control of beds and other areas, nice clean edging of landscaped beds, sidewalks, driveways, and curbs, and removal of fallen limbs, pine cones, and trash to keep property clean and well maintained. Each property will be tailored and discussed to best suit your needs. Prices varies due to variety of yard design and coverage of your property.
